Tatiana Romanova:

After the gorgeous Ursula Andress became the first Bond girl as she stepped out of the water in a bikini with a knife at her hip, a precedent for beautiful Bond girls had been set. For From Russia With Love, producers Cubby Brocolli and Harry Saltzman set out to find the next gorgeous leading lady.
The character herself is one of a naive Russian agent, loyal to her country but distracted by love. She goes against orders and sides with Bond, thus foiling the trap SPECTRE sets out to create. One of the best scripted Bond girls to date, as it was lifted almost directly from Fleming's version.
Sylvia Trench:
Eunice Gayson plays Sylvia Trench, who returns from a previous appearance seducing Bond in Dr. No. Gayson plays the role to great effect and it's too bad she didn't return in Goldfinger.
Bond met Sylvia in a London Casino in the first film and later seduced him in his flat. Here we see Sylvia and Bond kissing in a canoe near the beginning of the film when Bond is called in to headquarters regarding Tatiana's alleged defection plans. She protests, saying that they haven't eaten yet. They "do lunch" in the back of Bond's Bentley before Bond heads off.
Such a shame that this exotic character wasn't continued in the series as director Terence Young had intended for her to be.
Kerim Bey's mistress:
Actress Nadja Regin, who also plays the cabaret dancer in Goldfinger, plays the part of Kerim Bey's rather demanding mistress. Regin's performance can't really be evaluated as she's only in the film for a few minutes in an amusing scene. Kerim's mistress lays on the bed in Kerim's office and calls to him until he finally gives in, which saves his life as half of his office soon explodes.
